The company has good benefits for their employees. A more diverse leadership team would make a huge difference. Listen to your employees and lower levels when they have problems, the managers/directors currently are not effective and treatment of their teams is unacceptable.

Great coworkers great upper management but horrible middle management

Listening to employees. HR red flags, legal disputes, micro-management, toxic environment.
