Over the ten years i held several position within the company and experiance was positive. I worked with a lot of examplary colleagues. Last job (Frederick,MD) is horrible. This place does not meet criteria to be part of Thermo Fisher organization. Our CEO is great.

Last position(Frederick,MD) promotion is tied to politics . In order to be promoted you have to nood your head and follow. Your opinion is irrelevant. Attrition rate and morale is horrible.
