Great company culture, great team culture in my area. With few exceptions, every employee at Grand Island/Frederick/Carlsbad is amicable, easy to interact with, and easy to get the necessary info from to complete my work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay seems on the low end. We have been given many bonuses over the past two years to address this, and a meager raise. More could be done, though. However, the pay is sufficient for life in the Buffalo/Niagara area.
