Overall i am satisfied however like all careers there are positives and negatives. It provides all types of medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO and the 401K match is amazing. It was exactly what I needed and i would recommend Thermo Fisher to anyone wanting job security.

They are understanding and very flexible regarding personal life issues that arrise from time to time such as sick days, personal days and I feel they truly care about my family and well being. It is a very close team.
