My team and the impact we have on our costumer's lives are what get me out of bed each day and what I like best about my company.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see major improvements at the site from the GM to the directors. The site leadership team needs to function as a unit and not driving just their agendas in a vacuum while undermining their team mates and direct team.
