The culture of accountability and recognition when a colleague does something well.

We are a very close nit team that looks out for each other and cares about each individual on the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming and obtaining our goals. Right now we aren't able to do that due to lack of orders and the state of the economy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is supportive of the employees and the customer and you can feel that from the recognition and actions they take to foster engagement with the team
