Knowing that my work is valued and that everyone has the same drive to be better everyday.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to conduct all of my interviews via video because of the pandemic so this was very convenient for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are an open and honest group. I feel like I can reach out to them at any moment with a question, concern, or a request for advice. They all seem to have an open door policy.
