Planning and providing us with logisitcs. A better plan for cascading informatiin so lower management is in ghe know with regards to organizational plans.

To be trained for what their job is and have patience
Everything. Just everything. I never met my coordinators boss. HR is non existent. Schools sometime look down on us. Parents can at times be rude. Zoom trainings were a joke
Actually training you, being fair amongst your team, letting you know company policies and defending you when necessary. No organization.
Because the people that dont do anything and never show up are promoted
I should be given the hours necessary to do my job. Not enough prep time or time after kids leave to clean.
You do a lot of work for low wages and being part time. Your bosses offer little support, and training. No benefits, little chance 2 move up
To have more on the job training and patience
The new co workers dont have a clue on what they are doing. And i dont get paid enough to care.

Be more informative about everything
Applied for in house job at think. Never even got so much as an interview or as to why i didnt get the job. Very professional think.
You want program leaders to be exited for the day? And not show up to work high? And to actually pay attention during zoom. Pay us living wages. Or close to it. And if your not dont be asking us and demanding the world.
