Friendliness,they were superficially friendly. That wore off.

Leadership need to be authentic.

Need to listen to employees. They say they do but it's lip service.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership needs to change. The board should hire a real leadership. It's full of good ole boys.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If I felt that leadership actually cared about the mission, I'd feel better but the low quality of services actually embarrass me.
