Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well I feel that we do not make enough to survive in today's economy so more compensation is needed.
Compensation is low compared to other companies. They seem to be stuck in 1970's where 50k salary is the best thing. The amount of work and compensation doesn't match.
Entire company needs to be investigated and restructured.
sub-par bonuses compared to other jobs in my field
Really need equity shares to be competitive in the technology space. Also, the health benefits are poor for highly compensated folks.

They are helpful and understanding and caring.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The encouragement that I received about becoming a new member of the Ticketmaster team even with multiple disabilities. What people fail to realize is that this company provides amazing opportunities for some of us that are frowned upon with other companies.
