What did you like most about the interview process? The encouragement that I received about becoming a new member of the Ticketmaster team even with multiple disabilities. What people fail to realize is that this company provides amazing opportunities for some of us that are frowned upon with other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing that I work in an environment that is all inclusive makes me very happy!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The Inclusiveness and knowing everyone is here to support you if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Well I feel that we do not make enough to survive in today's economy so more compensation is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is low compared to other companies. They seem to be stuck in 1970's where 50k salary is the best thing. The amount of work and compensation doesn't match.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Rude to customers. Slow and uninformed.
