What people fail to realize is that this company provides amazing opportunities for some of us that are frowned upon with other companies.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is low compared to other companies. They seem to be stuck in 1970's where 50k salary is the best thing. The amount of work and compensation doesn't match.
