    Top Employee Response

The benefits here are pretty great, actually. Health, dental and vision coverage, 10 paid holidays, 15 paid vacation days, 5 sick days, 5 volunteer days, 2 hours to go vote, we close early before holiday weekends, get the last 2 weeks of the year off, we have a social calendar that allows us to do fun outings, and even a "ditch day" where we can go out and watch a movie, or go to a baseball game... anything. We did paintball earlier this year for our ditch day. There is an employee program to help employees out financially in times of need, we have tuition assistance (that will help pay off your student loans). 2 free tickets a year to any Live Nation promoted show, free grass pass admission to all Live Nation owned amphitheaters, ticket purchases without fees, access to big festivals, ability to enter drawings for free tickets to big events, like the Grammys.

Benefits are pretty good, include 12 days vacation plus a 2 week closure at xmas (so around 4 weeks/yr). 401k match, tuition reimbursement, child care reimbursement, 6 months fully paid leave for a new child.

Free fresh juice. Two weeks off at the end of the year. Help with student loans.
