  • There's not much in the way of real "leadership" at Tillster. With a few exceptions the executive team micro manage their employees and create chaos and misery for everyone because of their low emotional intelligence and self-awareness. The employees are very smart and in many cases extremely experienced, but are regularly disempowered and marginalized by the executives.
