Flexibility ~ Great work environment ~ Great communication
They care about the team
visionary leadership with the right mix of strategy and culture
Being transparent about company financial state, hiring for diversity, having strategic priorities/roadmap, staffing for scalability, hiring missing executives (CFO, CPO), managing company culture/ surveying employees on engagement, doing performance management, paying bonuses, not micromanaging
No leaders. Many micro-managers with no emotional intelligence or self-awareness. No trust. No empowerment. No strategy. No vision. No discipline. They throw each other under the bus.
Very competitive and a cut above market rates.
Easy to add children to plan and its not expensive
flexible working , market rates good comp and benefits
Nothing, it's the bare minimum
the work from home opportunity
Pay is low. Benefits are subpar. Raises and reviews are random in timing and basic in substance.
I have driven incremental revenue for the company, and improved efficiency. None of my team members had reviews/raises before I was hired. I have nearly $100k in bonuses unpaid from year 1. For a very high level role (SVP), I have no decision-making authority and have no financial data access
Overpay to compensate for bad culture and attract people who would otherwise avoid this company. No 401(k) match.
Best team ever! Friendly ~ helpful ~ Flexible ~ always have your back. No throwing anyone under the bus.
Great communication and collaboration. Good work life balance.
Great communication, fun environment, open to feedback and suggestions
its great to trust and lean on each member of the team for their specific expertise
Coworkers are smart and great to work with for the most part. Some freeloaders. It's like group grief counseling where everyone is suffering, but no one can really do anything to lessen the pain.
Caring and friendly environments. Respect all different type of people and cultures.
My team keeps me positive
we care about our people and have constant communication to make sure we are working with our team
we get to paid play and design video games and people care about each other
The most toxic culture I have ever seen. Negativity and pessimism. Many of the good people leave. Problems are top - down. Most of exec team need to go. Then things can really improve.
Working with my recruiter and getting the job! She was AWESOME!
The Talent Acquisition team and HR.
fair and precise in asking questions

My team, the candidates that I get to talk to everyday. Being able to make offers to new employees.
I love that it is a place that cares
designing an amazing product that the client and players both love
Top-down issues. Most of the execs need to go. Need a team of real leaders/visionaries to drive innovation. Many customers leaving or threatening to leave.
