Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I have driven incremental revenue for the company, and improved efficiency. None of my team members had reviews/raises before I was hired. I have nearly $100k in bonuses unpaid from year 1. For a very high level role (SVP), I have no decision-making authority and have no financial data access
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being transparent about company financial state, hiring for diversity, having strategic priorities/roadmap, staffing for scalability, hiring missing executives (CFO, CPO), managing company culture/ surveying employees on engagement, doing performance management, paying bonuses, not micromanaging
