What is the best part about your compensation package?

Very competitive and a cut above market rates.

Easy to add children to plan and its not expensive

flexible working , market rates good comp and benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is low. Benefits are subpar. Raises and reviews are random in timing and basic in substance.

I have driven incremental revenue for the company, and improved efficiency. None of my team members had reviews/raises before I was hired. I have nearly $100k in bonuses unpaid from year 1. For a very high level role (SVP), I have no decision-making authority and have no financial data access

Overpay to compensate for bad culture and attract people who would otherwise avoid this company. No 401(k) match.
