Caring and friendly environments. Respect all different type of people and cultures.

My team keeps me positive

we care about our people and have constant communication to make sure we are working with our team

we get to paid play and design video games and people care about each other

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The most toxic culture I have ever seen. Negativity and pessimism. Many of the good people leave. Problems are top - down. Most of exec team need to go. Then things can really improve.
