Currently ~ the ability to WFH and have a solid work life balance.
My team, the candidates that I get to talk to everyday. Being able to make offers to new employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Top-down issues. Most of the execs need to go. Need a team of real leaders/visionaries to drive innovation. Many customers leaving or threatening to leave.
