Need to improve their decision making capabilities. They often cause unneeded issues because they refuse to listen to employees. They also make decisions without looking into all possibilities where problems might occur. There is a lack of communication at this company.

Better gain shares for all

Took years to make what I am while not meeting inflation costs. Took away all bonuses for regular workers but not salaried employees. Benefits are basic at best with high deductibles. Correcting these would help greatly

Hire and retain qualified individuals. Get out of the old style of thinking people are simply resources to be used up and tossed out.

Instead of our managers acting like they care about EBIT margins, they need to perform like they care about EBIT margins.

Management, hours we work. Get some days off

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Changing the executive team may help stem the flow of good people out the door. They really mishandled Covid.

were ppl treat us like one we don't like 12+ hrs and 7 day work weeks

All the things are going wrong.do not yeld of us,constrant,or threaten us.

Most work days are set up for my department to fail. Improving or receiving quality quotes in a timely manner needs to happen in order to price & create products more efficiently.
