Retention, upskilling, transparency and employer branding. Employees should know what is going on pr and marketing wise, and be proud of it. Employees are also not used as a referral base for Tinder subscriptions, which can be a miss
Review from HR Dept
Focusing less on stock price and focusing more on customer and employee experience, stop doing stock buy backs unless they're being done for employee compensation
Review from Engineering Dept
Self awareness and honesty I think are skills the leadership team could improve. For instance, our engineering org, and the team i am on in particular, has very few women. And they are not treated fairly. Why does the leadership team think this is?
Review from Engineering Dept
Open/Transparent communication. Set the vision and mission for the company
Review from Product Dept
The transparency is something we can improve a lot at also the communication
Review from Engineering Dept
90% of people in leadership roles on my direct team see contract workers as significantly less than them, and they get treated wildly different in a negative way. I get paid on the lower end of the salary range and negotiation is nearly impossible
Review from HR Dept
I feel from a retention perspective when expressing growth, I would love to get a clear roadmap and support for pivot.
Review from HR Dept
with the stock tanking, considering more RSU refreshing
Review from Engineering Dept
I technically am doing two roles but only get paid for one. I would feel better about my compensation if I got paid more...
Review from HR Dept
I feel undervalued as a human, and that no amount of money is worth putting up with the direct leadership team that I do here. I would feel better about my compensation if action was taken against managers that treat their teams incredibly poorly, instead of encouraging them.
Review from Engineering Dept
80% of the coworkers on my direct team are fabulous, the other 20% are degrading, dismissive and dehumanizing. Lot's of actions not matching words
Review from HR Dept
I have coworkers that intentionally block others for their own benefits, insult and raise their voices at their own team members, and management does nothing to discourage this, even promotes them to levels that require approvals from more than just their manager to keep them here at Tinder.
Review from Engineering Dept
Working with feedback in a constructive way and maintaining composure during feedback sessions. Also being open to new ideas and having flexibility with new initiatives.
Review from HR Dept
Focus on execution and improving the product.
Review from Product Dept
Please replace managers that encourage toxic culture here at Tinder. I have been told that "if I ever want to be promoted, that when it comes to my work life balance that work always needs to come first." My "performance" is relative to people that work till 2 AM every morning, and all weekend.
Review from Engineering Dept
Leadership needs to provide a vision that the majority of the company believes in.
Review from Engineering Dept
We share our office with Pairs. Majority of the workers are Pairs. Which is very uncomfortable when there is no interaction. No joint corporation to grow the market together as MG. I get really stressed to work in the office with such environment.
Review from Marketing Dept
Reward execution and delivery on key metrics.

Leadership roles need to be reevaluated and held to a higher standard. Very little accountability is taken and important issues are rarely addressed
Review from HR Dept
Work isn't divided up fairly
Review from HR Dept
For customers we're just focusing on extractive microtransactions rather than improving the app. For employees the soul of the company feels like its gone. Perks like lunch are just highschool cafeteria food, and social events don't feel the same as they used to.
Review from Engineering Dept
Management encourages a toxic work culture of 16 hour work days, blocks promotions, approves time off then forces us to work to meet their deadlines anyways, and then are protected by their leadership because they do a good job of meeting deadlines, so no action is taken when complaints are made.
Review from Engineering Dept
Im not convinced leadership on my team is aware of the problems we face. Additionally, I am not convinced they would do anything about the problems if they were aware based on their history.
