What is the best part about your compensation package?

They have great health benefits

Toast has provided raises every year that I've been here. They provide unlimited vacation.

Sabbatical is such a the best benefit! After 5 years of service, our company gives every employee paid sabbatical for 4 weeks.

Fair pay and good benefits

Fairly paid but could have been better.

The goals are fair and attainable! That has been my experience. I like the uncapped potential.

The options available are flexible and can be chosen to fit my needs. The most impressive benefit is the parental leave offered for those that are expanding their family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If I actually got to take some of the so called unlimited PTO they supposedly offer.

More RSU compared to options.

Compensation doesn't seem to scale year over year, so I've found myself not keeping up with market average

Never had the opportunity to counter at hiring. Comp is currently 20-30% below market.

Pay is not based on education and skills.
