The leadership is transparent, supportive, and caring. My manager is trustworthy and clearly cares about my growth and career goals. I worked for a much smaller company and never spoke to the CEO, even though we were in the office together. That is never the case at Toast.

Paying attention to their employee's concerns. Having a structure in place that is transparent and flexible. Actually spending time to train their leadership team members on how to manage suvvessfully.
