If I actually got to take some of the so called unlimited PTO they supposedly offer.

More RSU compared to options.

Compensation doesn't seem to scale year over year, so I've found myself not keeping up with market average

Never had the opportunity to counter at hiring. Comp is currently 20-30% below market.

Pay is not based on education and skills.

Someone is always willing to help if needed

Everyone on my team is passionate about the work they are doing and are very approachable. They are willing to collaborate and work together to accomplish shared goals.

My team consists of an incredible group of people who are smart, hardworking, and passionate about what they do. On top of that, we all care about one another and are always there to support each other.

Our customers assume everyone is incompetent because they have spent too much time with undertrained employees. We need properly trained employees who are held accountable to procedures that are feasible and practical.
