They seem genuine in their desire to improve the business.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is too much to identify but leadership behaviour to start.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Unfortunately in order to deliver there is a requirement to work above and beyond the standard 40hr work week. Smarter processes, technology, leaders would make me feel better about work.
