Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately in order to deliver there is a requirement to work above and beyond the standard 40hr work week. Smarter processes, technology, leaders would make me feel better about work.
Superannuation is not being paid fairly or legally
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, friendly, everyone is in the same boat!
The variety of personalities and experience make it an enjoyable place to work
