Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not get paid as much as some people who work the same job as me. We are also not paid as much hourly as some other retail stores pay.

People with suitable experience to be recognised & rewarded suitably . sometimes I feel my potential is not fully utilised
