i love everything about it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not get paid as much as some people who work the same job as me. We are also not paid as much hourly as some other retail stores pay.
People with suitable experience to be recognised & rewarded suitably . sometimes I feel my potential is not fully utilised
I work too hard for minimum wage

HR is very welcoming, so the candidate feels comfortable. The interviewer is open to questions from candidates.
Nothing much it was as if you are going to deal with the toughest customer but in real it's just some mediocre work
