What did you like most about the interview process?Honest and frank conversations about the future vision of the company and what its going to take to get us there.
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing the company and teams suceed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The most positive thing about the culture is the people, events, the office, the WFH flexibility and most notably the lasting relationships I've formed with past and present employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My rate is lower than market because I am a startup. Also, we have limited benefits and no 401K matching. They give us events and in office food, which we lost while we are still WFH. Nothing has replaced.

We’re a husband and wife team who left our comfort zone to help make the world a more comfortable place.
