The leadership team is highly accessible and transparent about the company's wins and losses.

Knowing that I am building something from scratch or working on something that I am an expert in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is extremely trusting and non corporate. There's a lot of flexibility because people trust one another to get stuff done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is close and we actually care about each other as friends. We have inside jokes together and really are like a small family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it feels that those directly in the engineering and product roles are more valuable that some of the other functions. There isn't a clear evaluation rubric that spans across all functions, each team seems to have their own.
