Transparency, caring. I never worked for a company as transparent as Tophatter.

The occasional surprise gifts. I really like the grub hub codes. Compensation is fair enough overall.

The manager is very positive. I also feel heard when speaking with the manager. The transparency the company offers is phenomenal.

The people I work with, the responsibilities I hold. I also trust the company to be informative, which keeps me at ease.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Loyal to a company, dedicated, I meet the challenges presented and take the initiative to help co-workers and report issues that other teams find valuable. I feel compensation should be equal.
