It was fast and easy to get a good idea of who the team is and what they look for and are realistic about responsibilities you will have

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would like to see it shortened
Have more than one member of management interview and not judge unfairly. Being nonjudgmental Immaturely, we lose a lot of GOOD applicants due to that
Have somebody who is open to the idea and has the patience to teach every kind of person and not to judge on a first impressions
It takes them forever to set up an interview and once some one is hired it takes weeks to do the paperwork
