Employees need to be rewarded for their personal hard work. Managers and corporate need to handle employees who do not do their job. Salary employees need to clock in and out to prove they are working
Stop treating unfairly break away from clicks and favoritism. Stop making fake accounts and authorizing discounts were not applicable. Higher new management that holds her team accountable correctly and teaches them and has a patience to teach every kind of person that works for the company.
Management needs to stop playing favorites and visualize and see who the actual employees are that are working and contributing to the company. Versus the ones that are just standing around doing nothing
