What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micro managing and just focus on one goal.
Treating their employees like human beings 100% of the time. Leadership does what's best for the business not the team members. They dont communicate the bigger picture to the team. We worked like individuals struggling for space instead of like a team towards a common goal.
Communication, respect and more importantly equality.
A hold accountability, coaching the moment, proper training, and Stop favoritism and hiring employees at our relatives and friends to management
Having patients to teach their team ans stop being immature and disrespectful with theyre team members. Stop acting like you're in high school

Actually following Covid-19 regulations and guidelines, not focusing on numbers and more on guest experience, standing up for their team and not pushing associates in front of them to handle tough situations, actually being inclusive instead of just catering to skinny white girls.
