Have been with this company 20yrs & the tempory employees make as much money as i do! They are no growing in this company! The company would rather hire outside sources than promote within! Lack of management on so many levels! You do everything backwards

Everything because is competition between all the supervisors to see whom is going get the most attention fron the Plant manager

We come to work for one reason.... MONEY...now with gas prices we are struggling... But the higher ups are living high on the hog
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team! That is a joke, we are no team here! They are a team among the chosen few! The ones that can cry & say they will quit if that dont get a new piece of equipment or a new title & they get what they want! The rest of us is used like animals to be bounced from dept to dept with no incentive
