Everything because is competition between all the supervisors to see whom is going get the most attention fron the Plant manager

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
20 yrs of service for this company & the temporary ppl make $1 less than i do per hour!
I'm doing the job of 4 people from 3 years ago, but my salary hasn't changed much. Would be nice to either receive a raise or hire more people.
medical benefit costs increased year after year
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team! That is a joke, we are no team here! They are a team among the chosen few! The ones that can cry & say they will quit if that dont get a new piece of equipment or a new title & they get what they want! The rest of us is used like animals to be bounced from dept to dept with no incentive
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
lack of leadership turns into rework

We come to work for one reason.... MONEY...now with gas prices we are struggling... But the higher ups are living high on the hog
office furniture from the 1970's, poor resources
