The end result was money, not client or employee satisfaction, as a result, they underappreciated and overworked employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to better care for their employees, members, and supplies. Management was extremely rude and unreasonable and forced unsafe working conditions. Their practices were shady and unethical.
