If I was paid as much as the men who work under me
compensation is extremely low, but the work and people are so rewarding.
Always more work but no pay
The pay would be fair if you didn't have to work 60 hours during the week and weekends on top of that.
As a contract employee I have no benefits. I work ungodly hours and never get any recognition from local or corporate team.
If they actually payed me a decent living wage for the amount of work that my role has to do
For the job I performed and the market size I was in I was underpaid by $10,000.
They slice their workplace to the bone. You end up doing the jobs of 3 or 4 people once they complete the layoffs.
Been an hourly employee for almost ten years now. Im on the air every weekend, every holiday and cover on air shifts for mornings, afternoons, nights and middays when called on at a moments notice. At town square media that is worth actual minimum wage. After 10 years! Thanks for nothing townsquare.
