If I was paid as much as the men who work under me
I worked at a local market of townsquare, and my local market was the absolute greatest. Your experience will heavily depend on your team and your market since each is so different. Some are heaven on earth and some are awful (apparently.) I'm lucky and only experienced the good.

Bankrupt soon. Not kidding.
How's the work pace at Townsquare Media?
Fast but low wage.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Townsquare Media?
No raises. No time and a half on holidays, they expect us to donate time on "station projects"
What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at Townsquare Media?
Can you work for minimum wage?

How flexible is your work schedule at Townsquare Media?
Not really, guilt trip when you need time off.
What's the internship program like at Townsquare Media?
Sporadic at best
How innovative is Townsquare Media?
Less than most. Only home office is innovative.
Does Townsquare Media have a volunteer program?
At minimum wage i feel like a perpetual volunteer
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Townsquare Media?
Work on your resume, send it out.

Monthly if not weekly

Higher than minimum wage.
What is Townsquare Media's policy towards pets in the workplace?
They love pets
What kinds of community outreach does Townsquare Media participate in?
Minimal. Emoyees are expected to participate (not paid of course) a few times per year.
What is the PTO policy at Townsquare Media?
Fired for any possible reason before it becomes a paid time off situation. As far as taking time you have earned, most people dont take all the time they have earned for fear of job loss.
What kind of activities do employees at Townsquare Media participate in outside of work?
Drinking and heavy party favors if you know what I mean. Thats Rock and Roll.

Being well known in my community.
What is the company mobility like at Townsquare Media?
I would not consider employment due to lack of trust.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Product team at Townsquare Media?
Non existent, only out of towners are worthy of full time. (Probably to trap them for a year or two) avg employment in my cluster is 2 years.
What does the leadership team at Townsquare Media need to get better at?
Providing the tools and resources needed to run a radio station.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Townsquare Media?
Bad Attitudes and complaining need to change
