Respect, flexibility, compensation, support and patience
They work you like a dog and have unrealistic goals. There is no work/life balance because you are constantly having to work to meet unrealistic goals.
Treating employees as humans not robots. Quit paying minimum wage (literally minimum wage)

Always more work but no pay
The pay would be fair if you didn't have to work 60 hours during the week and weekends on top of that.
As a contract employee I have no benefits. I work ungodly hours and never get any recognition from local or corporate team.

We are all in a bad situation and when that happens people change, it is survival
There are a lot of people who are on power trips but aren't talented. It's hard to respect them, outside of the fact that you "have to" because they are the boss.

Great people, bad company. Morale can get low at times.
The people at the top say one thing, which is "you matter" but I have seen them cut talented people. I've also seen them target and punish hard-working people.
More recognition and more creative control.

Management's word is worth nothing. It cannot improve because this is intentional this is how the company operates

No local control. Top down comand and control thinking permeates.
