Review from Sales Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

TraceLink offers competitive compensation among many internships I applied for.

I was treated well even though I was only an intern

Review from Engineering Dept

I am still an intern

Review from Operations Dept

401K and flexible PTO is great!

Review from HR Dept

TraceLink pays well compared to the market and bonuses pay out consistently each year.

the compensation package is always ontime.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Bonus and private health insurance includes dental

The best part of our compensation is yearly bonus

Review from Operations Dept

Competitive Salary. Extensive list of perks and benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Equity is not at par with other companies and industries. Being a startup the upside of equity should be greater than working in already public companies like Wayfair, Uber etc

The On Target Earnings (OTE) split should be 60/40 that is in line with most sales organizations.

Review from Sales Dept

more understanding for what we're working with and the difficulty of what we're dealing with

I feel like the EMEA team has been neglected recently in different areas. Now that we have a new manager things should change. Looking out for progress in these aspects. Compensation is good if i get my commission - a bit low if I don't

Review from Sales Dept

I think on paper comp is good. But there always seems to be some playing around and changing of the comp structure so you can never really be sure what you'll be paid out

Review from Sales Dept

Based off of what other companies offer, my salary is lower.

Review from HR Dept

I have always felt that compensation is low to stay competitive. We offer great benefits and have good leadership as good reasons to stay, but lose a lot of quality personnel due to compensation. Unless more work is done to improve compensation among existing personnel internal churn will continue.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Revise the base pay. Would appreciate if the rewards (money based) are given for extra work

Review from Engineering Dept

No promotion for 5 plus years even after performance. New folks get promoted and are put in charge. Seems very haphazard.

Review from Sales Dept

The insurance coverage amount is minimal.

Review from Engineering Dept

It seems my position is paid hire when comparing years of experience in the market place

Review from Sales Dept

Clearer job definition - transparency in financial growth prospects for keeping up with inflation.

Review from HR Dept

I am a hiring manager myself and looking at the offers we roll out in comparison to the experience of the candidates, it is unfair to the people who are already in the org serving for a considerable period. If the market has jumped then fair raise should be applied to internal talent as well.

Review from Engineering Dept

Salaries are much higher in the market and many other organizations are offering much better salaries. While Tracelink is not a bad paymaster in any sense but it surely has a scope for improvement.
