I love being part of TraceLink. I'm coming up on my 4 year anniversary here and have no plans on going anywhere. I truly enjoy the people, our culture and the work environment. I find the very fast pace invigorating and the results we are attaining are phenomenal.

Over my career I've typically stayed at companies I liked for about 4 years. I just surpassed my 4 year anniversary and frankly I can't see myself working somewhere else.

It's a great company to be part of. Everybody feels like we are in this together, we're passionate about our mission and we enjoy our friends that we get to work with.

I get to work with the best people!

Bonuses have paid out at or above 100% for 6+ years running now.

We truly act as a team and would all do anything necessary to help each other out.

This is the best team I've ever worked with. Everybody supports each other and there are no hidden agendas in here.

I have equity in the company, as with everyone here, so we all have skin in the game and a vested interest in the company's success.

Every day I get to work with the best people I've worked with in my entire career. I consider them compatriots, teammates and most importantly friends.

The company truly cares about the employees and our well being. They do a lot of the little things for us that so many companies forget about.

Everybody on the team works together towards common goals. Any one of my team members would bend over backwards for any other team member. I just love the team atmosphere.

Our leadership team members are real people who truly care about our people and our mission. They are all approachable and are open to hearing what anyone in the organization has to say.

Everybody works together very well, not only within teams and organizations but between them. We all have a common goal, to help patients and make a difference in the world, and we all partner very well to achieve successful outcomes.

We are all in this for the greaterb good and ultimately to improve patient outcomes. We are very passionate about the fact that we get to make a difference in the world by what we do and it comes through loud and clear.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to build things that I'm very passionate about and in the end we know they we make a real difference in the world in what we do and that it saves lives. You just don't get that opportunity in many Technology companies.
