Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity is not at par with other companies and industries. Being a startup the upside of equity should be greater than working in already public companies like Wayfair, Uber etc
The On Target Earnings (OTE) split should be 60/40 that is in line with most sales organizations.

I feel like the EMEA team has been neglected recently in different areas. Now that we have a new manager things should change. Looking out for progress in these aspects. Compensation is good if i get my commission - a bit low if I don't

I think on paper comp is good. But there always seems to be some playing around and changing of the comp structure so you can never really be sure what you'll be paid out

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The technical support team is lagged in responding and often I have to chase up for a simple task. Internal meetings tend to overrun and takes a long time to discuss without a proper agenda.

the company has non existant Training and Development team. Also, a lot of trainings are made availble only to senior level folks

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing to do with work really, it's just the whole covid situation. Can get lonely and isolated sometimes

Work is work. Although I really believe in this company, it is still a job. This might be more particular to me, but I don't think it is easy to make someone excited about work.
