  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Equity is not at par with other companies and industries. Being a startup the upside of equity should be greater than working in already public companies like Wayfair, Uber etc
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The On Target Earnings (OTE) split should be 60/40 that is in line with most sales organizations.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
    The technical support team is lagged in responding and often I have to chase up for a simple task. Internal meetings tend to overrun and takes a long time to discuss without a proper agenda.
