When I spend more time with my manager and am able to tackle day to day challenges to support Trackonomy to be successful!

The best part is still my base salary and bonus. I don't have enough options, but hopefully will have more in the near future.

The newest people joining the team are go-getters, proactive, smart people. My team has the right fun & committed attitude that I love to work with.
