Hyper focused, cross-functional, team collaboration. The entire team makes it a point to stay connected, stay positive, and encourages innovation, in addition to maintaining a family atmosphere, which only fuels the desire to work hard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trackonomy encourages everyone to be a hero, take the lead and either find a way, or make one. I have never worked for an organization where you truly feel like you are more than just a number, where ideas are fostered vs discouraged, and everyone operates with a sense of pride.
