The truth is after 17 years you need to be rich when you get here like I was. I have never seen a place with more difficulty for advancement and more layers of grossly overpaid management who really seem to not be experts in their given subject matter. It’s not their fault no young people want to get evolved with any of the products that Transamerica provides, traditional insurance, life whole life, please that combined with a small traditional pension business on the retirement side, dinosaurs, business in compression. People who think like dinosaurs are the ones who move up. If they are in business in 25 years I would be surprised they are owned by a Dutch Company who has the 1st Shilling they ever made. Stay away! Find a progressive company!
