What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Our annual employee appreciation week in the summer, all kinds of treats and fun stuff!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would feel better about my pay if I got any extra income based on holding a Masters. But, it doesnt matter to company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?There could be more financial incentives, right now the basic call center gets lots more bonuses and rewards than a standard employee.
