They are approachable, humble and drive a culture in which the best idea wins regardless of who has the idea.

The salary that I am paid.
Many people complain about medical benefits, but I am very happy with the choices provided and the costs are not out of line with other places I have worked. There are enough options that you can find a plan that works best for you.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The products we make are interesting and they are mission critical to our customers so there is a lot of pride in what we do. My direct team likes challenges and have a collective drive to overcome obstacles. It makes each day exciting.
