C-suite executives out of touch with Neustar overtaking TU's culture. The Legal Department has incredibly poor upper management. Corporate wide there is a sense of panic on job security and the changing culture that does not match the CEO's pitch on diversity, career growth, etc.

Actions speak louder than words. Lack of communication three levels down. Why are we doing what we are doing. What is the future vision. Directors and VPs have insight but it does not roll down to the ranks.
