Good leadership but recent re-orgs are taking a toll on employee morale. Company really values diversity and is doing several things to tackle the lack of diversity at certain levels. Co-workers are smart and fun to work with. Benefits are good (not the best but definitely not bad).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base Pay is decent. It's much better at a Director and above level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good long-term vision with a constant eye towards diversification via new markets or acquisitions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to make a difference through what I do and being given a voice in front of the leadership from time to time.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Too many rounds and disconnect between hiring manager and recruiters. Needs more structure and adherence to timelines instead of keeping candidates waiting or prolonging the interview cycle.
